The resistance of coal to crushing is also an important parameter for measuring its physical stability. If coal is difficult to crush, pressurized gasification of crushed coal results in high energy consumption during the coal preparation stage, which is not conducive to gasification. A solution to this issue is to use a combination of coals with different properties in order to achieve an appropriate particle size suitable for pressurized gasification of crushed coal. Or they can be screened after being crushed, and utilized using different gasification methods.
