Things are going badly, life is terrible; I have no face to show people – I want to find a hole to hide in. No matter how much contempt is shown, it’s never enough……
Why be so negative? However, everything should be approached rationally; even if one performs poorly, it means there is still a need to learn more.
One still needs to be positive; it’s important to live a good life at all times
Recognize your shortcomings and then work harder; making progress little by little will help things get better over time. It will make life a bit easier. Don’t compare yourself to unrealistic goals, like Master Ma or Husband Wang
This negative energy can’t persist for long; think about the good things – you have many strengths, maybe you just haven’t noticed them yet.

So much negative energy! Come on, there are places you can’t get into either – you’re too fat! Thinking too much is useless; just do it! One still has to live on; one must live a good life. It’s okay to indulge in depression from time to time, but it shouldn’t last too long
