1. Temperature of the synthesis tower bed layer: the temperature difference across the same plane should not be too large； The synthesis tower must not overheat, including the tower walls ； 2. Monitor the ammonia content at the inlet and the temperature after ammonia separation; assess the effectiveness of ammonia separation based on these values ； 3. Monitor the operating conditions of ammonia synthesis compressors and ammonia refrigeration compressors, ensuring that vibration, temperature, and displacement remain within the specified ranges ； 4. Pay attention to the gas composition entering the synthesis tower
The focus is on the head; without a stable head, there can be no efficiency.
