For heating (cooling) the heat transfer medium in the kettle using coiled tubes, thermal oil is employed, and control is achieved by measuring the temperature difference of the oil at the inlet and outlet. Several types of thermometers were used, but the temperatures detected at the inlet and outlet were not very synchronized, with an error of 1 degree or even 2 degrees; whereas I require a temperature difference of only 0.2 degrees at most
