In production practice, how to prevent sieve plates from getting clogged?
This requires analysis on a case-by-case basis. If the materials are dirty, prone to clogging, or salt deposition, then large-pore sieve plates and designs that prevent clogging should be used during design. For equipment that is already in use, there aren’t many options; if backwashing is possible, the frequency of backwashing should be increased accordingly!
