The company has an air separation unit with a capacity of 11,500 standard units, which produces only nitrogen. After the molecular sieve purifier, there is only one filter installed; there are no inlet or outlet valves, no bypass system, and no backup filter either – it’s quite absurd. Are all air separation units like this? I hope fellow sailors can offer me some guidance; I have no experience with air separation:L
Without a backup molecular sieve, is there a bypass? Otherwise, how can it be exchanged? How do you switch the regeneration of your molecular sieve?
Well, what I mean is that after the molecular sieve purification system, there is a fine filter, but only one of them is installed – there’s no backup unit, nor any bypass system.
Generally, molecular sieve adsorbers are equipped with a gas filtration device at the top; adding a precision filter afterward is sufficient, and it can be removed for cleaning during major repairs. Many processes do not include such a precision filter~~
May I ask, LZ, which company supplies the air separation for you? Some manufacturers install a filter after the molecular sieve, while others do not.

Are you sure this filter is not an instrument air filter?
Really? Then if there are too many impurities, does one have to stop the vehicle to replace the filter? It seems a bit not worth it. That being said, there really aren’t too many particles at the back end of the molecular sieve.
Is it a nitrogen generator? Is over 1w the air volume? ~~
