How is the Haihua Alkali Plant doing?

What’s the progress on dealing with the dam failure at the Haihua soda ash factory that happened a few days ago? I hope those who are aware of the situation can share some information. Everyone involved in the soda ash industry is paying close attention to this.
The old production line won’t have much of an impact; it should be able to operate again after the New Year, with a capacity of 600,000 tons. However, the new line will likely present difficulties – the existing slag dump will probably have to be abandoned, as no one wants to take the risk of continuing to use a site that has been involved in serious accidents. Although no injuries were suffered this time, someone will still need to take responsibility for the accident. If a new waste dump is to be built, it probably won’t take just one or two months.

According to the records, a similar accident occurred three years ago as well~~ Why not learn from such experiences?~~
Maybe that incident wasn’t that serious, and its impact wasn’t significant either, right?
State-owned enterprises are afraid too; maybe it hasn’t reached that stage yet.
