Let’s talk about the company’s current situation! After graduating, for various reasons, I started working at a design firm right away. At first, a monthly salary of 2,000 seemed fine to me; reading various descriptions of design firms online, I imagined that after working hard for a few years and gaining experience, I would be able to lead a comfortable life. Damn, as time went by things got worse and worse (the director’s approach is different from what’s in the script). The company’s performance kept declining; although the industry was in a downturn when I first started working there, at least it was a design job that required some technical skills. As the days passed, my once passionate heart gradually became numb. I was not even 30 years old yet, yet I was living a life typical of someone in retirement. The company’s main business somehow changed to that of a company that merely stamps documents – in other words, people bring in their designed drawings for us to take a look at and then issue them under our name. Most of the designers ended up working as reviewers, whose main task was to sign off on drawings whose design origin was unknown, thereby taking on unknown responsibilities. Ask yourself: Is this still considered design? If one keeps cheating every day, problems will eventually arise; what’s the point of such a design? Can one learn anything substantial? Many employees have gradually left the company, not only due to the change in the nature of their work but also because of the delays in salary increases. There are essentially three ways for a company to retain its employees: offering good compensation, providing a promising future, and fostering emotional bonds. But what kind of future can a company that just signs documents have? What kind of compensation can there be in a company that doesn’t pay bonuses? As for emotional bonds, well, without any benefits, what’s the point of emotional connections when no bonuses are given? One should not forget the past so as to use it as a guide for the future. Although salaries in Zibo aren’t high, they shouldn’t be too low either. If employees’ benefits can’t be improved, how can a company thrive? Even the best horses need proper nourishment.
Reading this sentence: “The main task is to sign off on drawings whose designer is unknown, thereby taking on unknown responsibilities.” ” It’s so scary. . .
That’s the main task at the moment
This is normal; it’s framed as a way to leverage external resources when human capacity falls short of design requirements. If something goes wrong, argue with the person who actually designed it. A newborn calf is not afraid of tigers and dares to do anything.
Is being classified as grade A in an industry considered to be just starting out?
It’s not about borrowing external resources either; rather, it involves actively providing stamping services and charging for them
Oh, I don’t know. But when asked to sign, newcomers generally dare to sign.
Newcomers don’t quite understand it and are unaware of the severity of their responsibilities! It’s usually a proxy signature
However, if your supervisor asks you to sign and you say you don’t want to, does that mean you don’t want to continue working? . .
Some words can be signed, while others must never be signed; it’s always better not to end up taking the blame for others, right?
