Our company uses reciprocating compressors from Shanghai Dalong, and a serious problem was identified right from the beginning of their use: vibration. The pipelines and equipment from the primary outlet to the tertiary inlet are all vibrating. Trying to contact the manufacturer has not resolved the issue yet. I wonder if any of you sea friends have encountered such things? How to solve the vibration?
The two screw compressors we use have high shaft vibration, and they were sent back to the factory for repairs for almost two months.
Is it because the traffic volume is too high, causing the operating parameters to differ from those analyzed in SimVdong?
Is the pressure of the compressor stable? If the gas pressure fluctuates significantly, it is likely to cause vibration

Examine the design: pipeline layout, elbow arrangement, buffer tank capacity; Installation overview: pipeline support setup, hanger and bracket installation, equipment alignment ; Post-processing: Return the bracket, apply clamps, and add flow-limiting orifice plates.
Similar to our case, there’s no major issue with the new machine itself; it’s probably a problem with the manufacturing process, as the system pressure and flow rates aren’t properly controlled
Look at the picture above, I’ll help you take a look! The reason for vibrations in Dailong’s equipment is generally the small buffer volume and high flow velocity in the pipes; vibrations have little to do with the compressor itself, and are mainly caused by problems with the buffers and pipelines!
