Oil depot loading pump and crane pipe configuration selection

Excuse me: Product oil depot, gasoline type A\B\C, number of crane tubes 2\1\1, diesel type A\B, number of crane tubes 4\2, should I choose 1 pump with 1 crane position or 1 pump with multiple crane positions and frequency conversion for loading pump? Which one is more reasonable?
It doesn’t matter if you have one pump with multiple cranes. Of course, one pump with one crane is better because the investment is larger. Are you talking about a quantitative loading system?
