Steam turbines are used in propylene compressors.
First, check the process flow of the turbine and propylene system as well as the calibration of the relevant instruments; ensure that the lubricating oil system is operating properly, use steam to warm the pipes, and start the propylene unit according to the established procedure.
The problems are quite serious; it takes a long time to explain them. I suggest you check the operating procedures, and we can discuss the specific issues together. ! 1. Pipeline installation is complete, instrument and electrical debugging is finished, individual unit testing is done, circulating water has been put into use, and all conditions for starting up the system are met. 2. The system is dried, negative pressure is applied, and propylene is filled in. Refueling at the gas station, filtering for compressor oil; 3. Comminging online the circulating water system and the intercooling water system. Operate the lubricating oil system (apply nitrogen sealing before operation); establish a liquid level in the high-level oil tank. 4. Heat the pipes, including the main steam pipe and the pipelines ahead of the extractor. 5. Establish a liquid level in the hot well, start the condensate pump, and fill the atmospheric safety valve. 6. Install steam seals and evacuate the system. 7. Conduct tests on quick-close valves and speed control valves. 8. Before the pipe reaches the quick-shut valve, start the crankshaft rotation device. 9. Start the compressor oil pump and stop the crankshaft rotation device. Start the turbine, perform cold startup warming up 10, accelerate past the critical speed, enable circulation in the propylene system, make adjustments, and send the fluid out 11; reach the normal operating speed and adjust the propylene system properly. (Low-temperature methanol washing needs to be started simultaneously) That’s all I can think of for now

We have anti-surge lines leading back to the primary and secondary inlets; I’m not sure what the opening degree is There are the flow ratio and the temperatures at the primary and secondary inlets above. For high-selection control operations, I’m not sure what value to set
