Regarding the transfer of production processes from the laboratory to the factory, what procedures do you guys at Haiyou follow? Lab personnel tend to keep certain information hidden. I’m trying to create a process template, and the template I’ve drafted includes the following elements: 1. Reaction equation; 2. Main raw materials and their specifications; 3. Description of the manufacturing process; 4. Product quality standards and analysis methods; 5. Problems that arise during pilot testing and corresponding solutions (including those related to quality and safety). I would appreciate any advice from everyone out there
The most crucial point: the process control conditions, that is, the operating conditions
