I. Could you tell me if the mutual backup interlock for oxygen pumps in your area has been put into use? II. How are your oxygen pumps backed up for each other? What is the status of the two pumps if no mutual backup interlock is in use?
Is it a high-pressure liquid oxygen pump? It’s either a circulation pump or a low-pressure liquid pump.
One unit is operating normally, while the other is a standby pump operating at low load; the frequency conversion settings for both the standby pump and the operating pump, as well as the opening degree of the return valve, have all been set
There is a problem with the operating pump; how can I switch to an alternative quickly? What logic is behind this?
When the pressure reaches the interlock value, the standby pump will automatically adjust to the set frequency, and the return valve will also close to the set opening; however, manual adjustment is still required based on the actual conditions, as automatic control may not be sufficient in such cases, and quick manual adjustment is needed.
