Is spray drying used in China to produce anhydrous betaine? How effective is it?

As the title suggests, I tried it on a small scale; the product is acceptable, but production on a larger scale hasn’t been undertaken yet. I wonder if anyone else is working on this?
Off-topic reply: I’ve seen spray drying used for the post-treatment of titanium dioxide; compared to flash drying, it yields particles with more uniform sizes, but the moisture content of the feed material cannot be too low, and it requires a large amount of gas. There is a book on spray drying in the forum.
Thank you! Spray drying is probably quite mature by now; I conducted some small experiments before, and the dried products turned out to be of good quality. It’s just unclear what will happen when scaling up the process. So I’m wondering if there are any that are currently used in large-scale production.
