Is there anyone among the sea users who has photos of frost formation on the low-temperature piston pumps used in your area? The frost problem on the two pumps I have here is getting worse and worse; the pump heads have turned into two big balls. I’m not quite ready to break them yet, and the manufacturer says there’s no issue, but I’m still worried. I’m hoping someone can share photos of frost formation in their areas so I can compare. . . . Thank you!!!
Just tap it; the freezing is getting worse. Things like pipe supports need to be taken into consideration.
Do your piston pumps operate continuously? How can the frost be so severe? Which pump? How is it running? As long as the bracket is fine, there should be no problems; in fact, less vaporization occurs after frosting...
Pump frosting is closely related to insulation conditions, so attention should be paid to the insulation status.
Stop the machine periodically to warm it up, or use something to gently knock off the frost; it’s fine – the areas covered in frost aren’t that fragile!
You should upload a picture to show where the freezing is severe, and include information about your operation mode – whether it’s continuous or pulsed – as well as the flow rate There are too many things in the seal gas system. . .
