This one is available; it’s the 4th edition. Is there a 3rd edition? Or SY/T 4812-1992 Guidelines for Pressure Relief and Pressure Reduction Systems works as well
No, why do you need the old version? There is a 2014 version of API 521, available in the artillery community. SY/T 4812-1992 was replaced by SY/T 10043-2002.
For 2014 models, I’m trying to find the third edition; I want to know what multiple of MAWP is the hydrostatic test pressure specified for the scenario of cracked heat exchange tubes in that version
Well, then you should give the heat exchange section a try.
It’s very difficult to find; no one here has it, let alone in other places. .
It’s the standard section; not many people come here. In some regions, the standards are still in their own sections.
