There was a sudden power outage. Relying on a single power supply is not feasible. There is one high-voltage substation and three low-voltage substations – what needs to be checked? When the power comes back on in the afternoon, how should it be restored?
Check whether the automatic transfer switch, protection reclosing and other switches are properly engaged, whether all electrical equipment is in the off position, whether EPS, UPS, DC panels and others are operating normally, and inspect the insulation resistance of all electrical equipment and power supply circuits. System commissioning: First, turn on the line switch, then the transformer; subsequently, connect various electrical devices as needed, and finally install compensation capacitors (for high and low voltage) based on the actual power factor
Can the capacitor bank be put into operation at the same time as the transformer?
Can the transformer outlet cabinet be closed in advance?
