Hello everyone, our laboratory needs to install a testing apparatus capable of handling 15 MPa and 300°C; the medium used is deionized water. It seems that a GC1 qualification is required for its installation? But I’ve contacted many installation companies, and all of them only have GC2 qualifications; I’m not sure whether GC2 is sufficient for installing systems that handle such temperatures and pressures Thank you. I’m not sure if this was posted in the right forum; if not, please ask the moderators to move it. Thank you.
An electromechanical installation company with the qualification for GC1 pressure pipeline installation must be found to install the experimental apparatus; otherwise, the Quality Supervision Bureau and the Construction Bureau will not allow registration, nor can a production license be obtained. The recent case from a Tsinghua University laboratory should serve as a warning.
Got it, thank you. I’ll keep looking then, but it seems hard to find.
You may not be familiar with this industry, which is why you think it’s difficult to find. In fact, all the chemical construction companies under Sinochem (No. 3, No. 4, No. 6, No. 7, No. 9, No. 11, No. 13, No. 14, No. 15, No. 16, as well as Nanhua Construction, Shaanxi Chemical Construction, and Sinopec Construction), along with the installation companies in various provinces and cities, possess such qualifications; you can find their contact information online and simply call them.
You’re just a small thing; you still need a qualified installation company to help with the installation. Your hem is way too long; go and ask the equipment manufacturer to send someone to help remove it.
