I work for a pharmaceutical and chemical company. This year is crucial; I need to work hard to escape the fate of being exploited by my boss. Over the past year, I’ve been paid very little, and neither the boss nor the managers understand the importance of safety. I have to do all the work by myself. I want to improve my skills so that I can change jobs and earn a higher salary. Could you please give me some advice, friends?

The manager specializes in environmental protection; he places the greatest emphasis on production and engineering, and doesn’t pay enough attention to safety.
