QS University Employability Ranking: Tsinghua in the top three globally

On November 23, QS Global Higher Education released the second edition of the QS World University Graduate Employability Rankings. 53 Chinese universities are among the top 300 in the world, with Tsinghua University ranking third. 　　The ranking is primarily determined by 5 indicators that measure the global employability of graduates, including the university’s reputation among global employers (30% weight), alumni achievements (20%), corporate partnerships (25%), employer recruitment activities on campus (15%), and graduate employment rates (10%). 　　Stanford University, MIT, and Tsinghua University rank in the top three. The fourth to tenth places are, in order: the University of Sydney, Cambridge University, École Polytechnique Paris, Columbia University, Oxford University, University of California, Berkeley, and Princeton University. Half of the top 10 schools are from the United States. 　　Four universities in China are among the top 20 in the world, second only to the United States (10 universities), and thus ranking second globally, ahead of the United Kingdom (3 universities), Australia (2 universities), and France (1 university). In addition, 6 Chinese universities made it into the top 50 globally, and 53 Chinese universities made it into the top 300 globally.
