(3) When installing the switch body, consider the appropriate position, direction, and angle, striving to ensure that the operating mechanism is not easily contaminated by dust or wastewater ; The quality of the guard installation craftsmanship must be excellent: the joints should be secure and reliable, and the wiring holes should be tightly sealed to a satisfactory standard. (4) Reasonably assess the credibility of the switch alarm signal while suppressing the system. For example, instantaneous fluctuations in the signal can be filtered through delay mechanisms, while the coal level can be determined based on the signals from level switches and level gauges. Conveyor belt systems are not suitable for being started and stopped repeatedly in a short time. Efforts are made to ensure that the equipment functions reliably in case of failures, but it should not operate erroneously frequently, as this could reduce the lifespan of the system or even damage it, while also causing significant difficulties in operation.
