How to deal with blackened chlorosulfonic acid?

Our company previously purchased a batch of chlorosulfonic acid (about 5L), but for some reason it turned black in color and became unusable; it had been stored for quite a long time (about 1 year). I would like to know how to dispose of it in a safe and reliable manner. There are no qualified disposal companies nearby, so we will have to handle it ourselves. Thank you!
When in contact with water, it produces sulfuric acid and salts. Treat it with an alkali; use no more than 5L, add it gradually in batches, and be careful of the reaction rate as the volatile acid can be irritating to humans

Blackened chlorosulfonic acid can be treated with lime
If it needs to be handled, proper protection must be taken, including the collection and treatment of the acidic gases generated as a result. If you don’t have the capability to handle it, please contact a professional hazardous waste disposal company for assistance; however, this will incur a significant cost.
First, determine whether it is hazardous waste; if so, it cannot be disposed of casually – a qualified disposal facility must be sought.
