For a PVC plant with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons, it mainly depends on the equipment you purchase; there is a huge difference between domestic and imported equipment. The cost of domestic equipment plus the factory building is around 50 million. It would be better to have a design institute evaluate this device of yours

1. The source of vinyl chloride monomer: produce it in-house or purchase it externally. If vinyl chloride is purchased externally, and considering both the polymerization process and monomer recovery, a 30-cubic-meter polymerization reactor (1 unit) is sufficient to achieve an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of PVC resin ; 2. The polymerization is carried out using a suspension polymerization process; the polymerization reactor is equipped with facilities such as a discharge tank, stripping and recovery systems, monomer storage areas, drying units, additives preparation systems, and additive storage rooms, with an investment of less than 40 million ; 3. If producing vinyl chloride in-house, with access to acetylene and hydrogen chloride, along with the necessary facilities for the conversion, compression, and distillation of vinyl chloride, the investment required is 20 million.
