As the title suggests, please explain it to everyone

There are no pictures; just mentioning a name isn’t enough for anyone to know. Do we call it a startup heat exchanger? Is that it?
By subcooler, do you mean the device that comes after the liquefaction stage of the product and before it enters the storage tank for throttling?
Is it the cryogenic section of the liquefaction heat exchanger?
It’s probably the same as what was told to you – before entering the dehydrogenation tower
It comes out of the high and low pressure distillation towers, passes through the main heat exchanger, and then is further subcooled in a subcooler.
Subcoolers are primarily used to further cool liquid fluids, thereby reducing the rate of vaporization after throttling
