How long is the typical service life of the fillers in a pre-cooling system...
It has a lot to do with the material; it’s hard to say
It’s just ordinary polypropylene packing; how often does everyone replace it...
It depends on whether it is used properly~~ Many cases of filler failure are caused by impact~~ If used correctly, most polypropylene components can last for 5 years; however, it is recommended to check them during maintenance and remove any damaged ones~~ As for those made of stainless steel, they have the same service life as the air separation units~~
Most polypropylene products can last around 5 years – ours have already lasted 7 years. Does it have little impact if used continuously? It’s getting a bit hard.
