Methods for curing milk aqueous solutions (seeking advice)

Milk has accidentally been released into a river, and I would like to know what methods can be used to solidify the milk so as not to harm the environment. If it can be cured, what kind of curing agent would be suitable? (It’s best to have ones for daily use.) It would be even better if, after curing, the COD level can be kept below 100. It’s all in the river now, so nothing else is needed – the river water will dilute this milk. Your organization surely isn’t going to turn the river into a Milky Way, is it? If milk is accidentally spilled every day, it’s best to change the way operations are managed by introducing less raw milk.
