The leadership advocates using WeChat to improve production management, and WeChat groups have been established in each workshop and department. Under certain conditions, this does indeed improve the efficiency of information exchange, facilitating corrections and oversight in the production process (with everyone in the group, thousands of eyes are watching in case problems arise). Here’s the problem: the staff on duty on the production line are also using WeChat... I’d like to hear what other users think about this – does your company use WeChat for production management? How to do it?
These things mainly depend on self-discipline
Good idea! Encouraging leadership that keeps up with the times! Do production workers allow phones?
Then, send a red envelope during working hours, and call out each person who grabs it in the group!
I think department leaders are open-minded; any measure taken is not excessive! If leaders are not open-minded, what’s the use of innovation? If one doesn’t want to express opinions, there’s nowhere to do so! Sometimes, a clue noticed by an employee can be conveyed to the manager through conversation! WeChat is great! Support!
We don’t allow phones, and using WeChat for management probably won’t work either; it’s hard to manage people, especially those who use their phones.
Our factory also has its own group; we can only do random checks – there’s no other way
It mainly relies on self-discipline – there’s no really good solution. Otherwise, the factory could develop its own management software, one that doesn’t have as many functions as WeChat, but only retains the core features such as chatting and sending pictures; P

Depending on work requirements, it is allowed for employees at certain levels to use mobile phones during working hours; not all employees need to have mobile phones. 2. Set specific times for posting messages on WeChat, such as ten minutes before leaving work, ten minutes before starting work, or at 20:00 in the evening. This way, it ensures that people don’t have to keep their phones in their hands all the time, so as to determine whether they are playing or working. 3. The use of mobile phones is prohibited in certain areas; this is based on the characteristics of chemical enterprises, and some companies may not comply with this requirement.
This relates to mobile phone management issues, and there are many discussion threads available for reference. http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1597021-1-1.html On the management of mobile phones; http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1409970-1-1.html With everyone carrying mobile phones to work these days, how can we manage them so that people can focus on their work while still being able to use their phones.
