Why does the Synthesis Tower eMule model with a small cover leak fluid every time it is started up after being shut down?

Possible reasons: 1. The gland is usually made of mica sheets, and it was not tightened properly during installation; During the pressure testing phase for leak detection, it is possible to tighten things in a timely manner, but excessive force should not be used ; 2. Excessive force has caused the mica sheets to become overly tight and develop cracks, resulting in leaks; in such cases, it is necessary to reduce the temperature, stop the operation of the tower, release pressure, and replace the components ; 3. There are burrs on the electrode rod, which may cause leakage; however, this possibility is relatively low
We’re using aluminum pads; I don’t know why.
Make sure to check and measure whether the small cover is tight or misaligned; it’s also possible that there is damage to the sealing surface between the small cover and the equipment. The slower speeds of temperature increase and pressure change mentioned above are also one of the causes.
The inner contact surfaces of the electrode rod and the small cover are lined with insulating sleeves, and insulating ropes are wrapped around the flared end of the electrode rod; it’s likely a problem with this part; It doesn’t matter as long as the leakage amount is within the allowable range.
