Nickel-based alloys such as 800H, etc. – also pay attention to the corrosivity of the medium, pressure, temperature, etc. The regulations for nickel alloy pressure vessels provide details on this.
The optional corrosion-resistant alloy NS3306 has an allowable stress of 31 MPa at 800 degrees.
With such high temperatures, if possible, consider adding a lining.
It’s better to have a reputable design firm develop a plan for this; using nickel-based alloys is completely unrealistic – such materials cost hundreds of thousands of dollars per ton. I have seen some designs that use a steel body made of 15CrMoR with a design temperature of over 250 degrees, along with three layers of high-temperature resistant castable bricks; an alloy sheet based on nickel is also used as a layer on the inner side to protect against medium erosion.
