**Under the previous policies, the subsidy for desulfurization was 1.5 fen per kilowatt-hour, 1 fen for denitration, and 0.2 fen for dust removal, totaling 2.7 fen. The recently introduced subsidy for ultra-clean electricity pricing provides a subsidy of 1 fen per unit; can it be understood that if the ultra-clean emission requirements are met, the subsidy will amount to 3.7 fen per kilowatt-hour as stipulated? Those who are familiar with environmental-related electricity pricing policies, please help clarify this :)
