Requirement: When cooling coke, the coke tower generates a large amount of waste gas at the site. It is proposed to install a facility to recycle this waste gas back to the vent tower, thereby reducing the pressure in the coke cooling tower and accelerating the cooling process. Are there any experts in this field?
The original poster isn’t making things clear – doesn’t cold coke always go into the vent tower? The vent tower should be used only when changing the overflow setting, and it should be switched to the tank.
