Purple smoke is coming from the mixing tank of Gaota nitro compound fertilizer 15-15-15

After finishing production with the previous formula, we switched to the 15-15-15 formula; purple smoke came out of the mixing tank. This has happened several times – what could be the cause? What are the ingredients in Purple Smoke?

We don’t use potassium chloride, and it appears every time we change the formula and switch to it. It emits purple smoke rather than red smoke; the slurry is not thick either, and the temperature is only 150

Is it a problem with your ingredients? How do you add potassium sulfate – is it added all at once to the secondary mixing tank?
Yes, monoammonium phosphate is added to the mixing tank! Why must monoammonium phosphate be added to the first mixing tank? The temperature drop is significant; what is the reason for adding potassium sulfate to the second mixing tank?
That’s your problem; make some adjustments. Add all of it to the potassium sulfate in tank two, and part of it to tank one. You can figure out the specific proportions on your own.
