Issues with blending crude oil at constant and reduced pressure

Our company’s atmospheric and vacuum distillation units process more than a dozen types of crude oil, including Russian crude, Saudi light crude, medium crude, heavy crude, Qatari onshore crude, Panyu crude, and condensate. Due to inventory issues, the blending of these crudes is highly uneven, which makes it difficult to operate the various distillation towers. At present, we use a blending method that starts with heavier crudes before moving on to lighter ones, and then we carry out further blending using mixers. But the results are not good. I would like to ask all of you in this community: how do you carry out the blending of atmospheric and vacuum crude oils?
