I don’t quite understand the problem described. . . Is the wastewater discharged directly after its pH is adjusted? What is the phosphorus content in wastewater?
The original poster, please rephrase the question more clearly. pH adjustment is generally expressed in terms of pH value; then why is 4 mg/L the result? For adjusting the pH of wastewater, it is best to use available waste alkali or waste acid, as this is more economical. Or find nearby companies that have acidic wastewater; this is also a more economical option. If neutralization is carried out using acids, since wastewater treatment requires control of total nitrogen and total phosphorus, *ao acid and phosphoric acid cannot be used for neutralization; instead, waste salt acid and waste sulfuric acid can be chosen.
