May I ask, after the production facility is built, how should the commissioning phase be carried out, and what specific tasks should the Mobile Equipment Department undertake? We have a set of equipment that has been installed, but we are not sure whether pressure testing was carried out, whether there were tests to verify the operation of each unit individually, or whether purging was done. After it was installed, it has just been left there; it’s been about one and a half years now. We plan to start trial operations in mid-August this year. What specific tasks do we need to carry out now, and what should the equipment department do? (Because the deputy general manager in charge has no knowledge of this industry, and our equipment department currently also has no director, we all don’t know how to carry out our work; we’re all very confused.)
Check whether there are records of pressure testing, trial operation of mechanical equipment, instrument calibration, and interlock testing; if no records exist, promptly organize the necessary work to be carried out.
