Pump house and instrument control room in the tank farm

The pump house and the control room can be combined into one building; I wonder if a pump shed would work as well? Can the power distribution room be built together with the pump house?
If the power distribution room is designed specifically to supply power to pumps, it can be built together with the pump house. However, the distribution room must be separated from the pump house by a firewall without any doors or windows.
Is it a power distribution room or an instrument room? . . . . . . .
I have two questions; it’s a question with two parts: P
If the medium being transported is flammable or explosive, it’s better to keep them separate; the fire pump room can share space with the general equipment room
Generally, it’s not possible; the fire safety inspection will not be passed
Which criteria are followed for fire safety inspections, and what leads to failure to pass them?
