What is an 1800-degree sharp bend pipe?

As the title suggests, I would appreciate some guidance: In the maintenance procedures for tubular heating furnaces, does it refer to the model number? The ends of the two furnace tubes welded to the 1800-degree elbow or welded to the elbow fitting. It should be level; the difference in length must not exceed 2 mm, and the specified alignment gap must be maintained
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2016-8-24 06:49; it’s a 180° bend, an elbow at 180 degrees, in U shape. A 90° elbow (a 90-degree bend) has probably been seen before. The furnace tubes in the heating furnace are folded back and forth.
An 180° elbow on a furnace tube, in which the inlet and outlet of the elbow are on the same plane, is called an 180° elbow.
