Problems with annual fire safety inspections at the facility

Article 31: Units equipped with automatic fire protection systems such as automatic fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishing systems shall entrust qualified testing and maintenance agencies to conduct testing and maintenance of such systems at least once a year. The fire control room must be staffed 24/7 to promptly handle alarm signals. The Fire Protection Law stipulates this. When our natural gas stations were designed, they did not have an automatic fire suppression system; there was only a control panel in the Gulf area, with temperature and smoke detectors connected to that control panel, while flame detectors and combustible gas detectors were connected to respective controllers to enable automatic alarms. In light of this situation, I have two questions for everyone: 1. Do the test reports issued by provincial metrology institutes for temperature, smoke, and flame detectors have the same validity as those issued by companies with qualifications for fire protection testing? In other words, are metrology institutes capable of carrying out fire protection testing? 2. Are stations like ours required to undergo annual fire protection testing, and are there any regulations that allow us to waive this requirement and avoid such testing?
Fire inspection qualifications are granted separately, and metrology institutes generally do not have such qualifications. Fire detection and alarm systems also require annual inspections.
Fire detection and alarm systems also require annual inspections——Dude, are you saying that even if there’s only one temperature or smoke/flare sensor in the facility, and a small fire control cabinet with dimensions of 400*300*300 is used, without a separate fire control room, such systems still need to be inspected annually?
