Medium-pressure safety valve

Every time a new safety valve is purchased, it is sent to a calibration facility to have its operating pressure adjusted; the required operating pressure is 39.6 kgf. After adjustment by the calibration facility, the valve is installed in the power plant boiler. However, once the boiler is started up, it is found that the safety valve is leaking. It’s difficult to determine whether the problem lies with the calibration facility or with the manufacturer ? ? ?
The problem we encountered is that, after proper adjustment and installation, it cannot launch or return to its resting position properly
The company also has many safety valves connected to steam, and air leakage is a common issue; this is likely related to the nature of steam as a medium.
