With a drawing tool such as charcoal or graphite, use charcoal to outline the shapes and the relationships between light and shadow (auxiliary tools can be used: tissue paper, pen and paper, or wiping with the hand), and then use graphite for detailing
The old worker looked very melancholic....
I’ve always wanted to learn sketching, but I don’t have time to dedicate to it; are there any videos or instructional materials available?
