Conveyor manufacturers tell us that there are certain requirements regarding the use of hydraulic oil, which many people may not be aware of. The hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic transmission systems of conveyors should generally meet the following requirements: 1. It must be harmless to humans and have a low cost ; 2. Pure texture, few flaws ; 3. Good compatibility with metals and seals ; Good oxidation stability, does not deteriorate ; 4. Good antifoaming and demulsifying properties ; Good lubrication properties and strong rust resistance ; 5. Low coefficient of volume expansion ; High ignition point, low freezing point, etc ; For different hydraulic systems, the performance requirements in certain aspects need to be determined based on specific circumstances. The properties of ordinary hydraulic oil meet the requirements of hydraulic transmission systems, and it is widely used in medium and low-pressure systems operating at normal temperatures ; Anti-wear hydraulic oil, high viscosity index hydraulic oil, low-temperature hydraulic oil, hydraulic guide rail oil, etc., are designed for use in corresponding hydraulic systems. Mineral-based hydraulic oils are flammable; for safety reasons, in environments with high temperatures, high explosion risks, or flammability, emulsions such as water-in-oil or oil-in-water, or synthetic fluids like water-ethylene glycol or phosphate esters are often used.
