How to read the program of an S7-200 using a touch screen

Can I connect to a PC through this USB port on the touch screen in order to upload PLC programs? How should I proceed? Should I use Siemens PLC programming software or touch screen configuration software? I heard that touch screens have a penetration mode, which seems to allow PCs to access PLCs through the touch screen. Since there is a standard USB-A port on the touch screen, I want to use this port to connect directly to my computer in order to view the PLC program; I don’t have a PLC programming cable.

Aren’t touchscreens usually configured using touchscreen configuration software? The program is programmed using PLC programming software

The penetration mode is merely a data forwarding function; it can only access the data of the PLC, but not read its programs
