What drawings are required before the installation of new chemical plants (including pressure vessels)?

As the title suggests: A turnkey project involves pressure vessels and pressure pipelines. I would like to know that prior to construction, installation notices are required, along with construction drawings; which of these drawings are mandatory? The timeline is a bit tight now, so I’d like to start the construction earlier. Thank you!
