The complete process for producing hydrocyanic acid via the methanol ammonia oxidation method, used in MMA manufacturing, is already mature. With the chemical market in such a sluggish state, the MMA produced using this process currently commands a market price that yields a net profit of around 2,000 yuan per ton. If equipped with a corresponding sulfur-based acid production facility, the profit margin is even greater. Friends who are interested in this project are welcome to discuss it in detail with me! !
Why not use methane ammonia oxidation to produce hydrocyanic acid?
Could the poster introduce the current projects using this technology as well as its production capacity? Furthermore, for projects that have already been built and are in operation, if they are equipped with corresponding sulfur-based acid production facilities, what is the consumption of MMA alcohol per ton? How large is the profit margin? You can add me on QQ at 41773165 to discuss potential cooperation opportunities. Thank you in advance!
Your core technology is the oxidation of methanol and ammonia to hydrocyanic acid; the process from hydrocyanic acid to MMA is a mature technology, and Sinopec uses this technology, though hydrocyanic acid is produced as a by-product. If possible, add me on QQ: 1303724175 to chat

Why aren’t there any definite details available online? It’s all research results on this technology from a few years ago; has it really been put into industrial use now? Is it still only at the pilot scale stage?
I would like to ask the experts: I haven’t found any reports online about facilities for producing hydrocyanic acid from methanol; all the information available is from research conducted a few years ago. Is industrial production of this substance actually possible now?
I would like to learn how to produce MMA using the isobutylene method. Could you please give me some guidance?
How large has it become? What is the selectivity? What is the conversion rate? Make the catalyst yourself or?
