On the removal of copper ions from chemical materials

Chemical materials contain trace amounts of copper ions, and I would like to remove them using ion exchange resins. Could you provide a brief overview of the removal process as well as recommended resin brands? Thank you.
For resins from brands such as Mitsubishi Chemical, Bayer, and Rohm and Haas, do you have any suggestions on which ones to choose?
What are the chemical materials involved? What is their concentration? What is the copper ion content? Perhaps other methods can be used to remove it
