In our lime-gypsum process, silicon carbide nozzles are generally used. If you use NaOH, you need to pay attention to whether there are any particles in your slurry, as regeneration is carried out using calcium hydroxide, and quicklime usually contains impurities that can end up in the slurry. PP nozzles may not be able to withstand such conditions for long. . .
The lifespan of PP should be relatively short, right? Its temperature resistance isn’t high either!

You need to ask the supplier for the flow rate per nozzle, and then divide the total flow rate by that value. The tower has a diameter of 2.5 meters; what is the material of the tower? Is it carbon steel?
