Should a blind flange be installed at the flange located after the high-temperature mixing valve (up to the primary converter)? Note: 1. If the high-temperature mixing valve cannot be closed completely, there is definitely some degree of leakage ; 2. There is concern that the butterfly valve at the inlet of the primary converter cannot be closed properly, which could lead to hot flue gases from furnace drying to enter the primary reactor.
Nitrogen is present at the reactor inlet; the reactor outlet valve is closed, and nitrogen is used for backflushing as a protection measure. After introducing nitrogen, pay attention to the pressure in the reactor system to prevent overpressure.
