In this case, calculation can be carried out with reference to NB/T 47041-2014 \"Tower-Type Containers\". So, should the reference standard in the design data sheet for the general layout indicate a reference to NB/T47041-2014? Are there any other more suitable design methods?
In my opinion, since the value is greater than 5, it should be designed according to 47041, as 47041 already removes the 10m height restriction.

It is not necessary to specify this in the characteristic table, as everything is designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with 47003.1, except for the calculations related to the skirt base.
It is possible to cite the standards for towers, as I have worked on similar storage tanks before; their length-to-diameter ratio is less than 5, but since a skirt was used, the calculations were still done according to tower design principles
