Then it is said that the technology-focused approach and the relationship-focused approach can be slightly different. I’m relatively familiar with technical tasks; learning* is not an issue here – what matters is understanding. The greatest advantage of enlightenment is being ahead of others; there are also concepts such as drawing inferences from one example to understand many others, and applying knowledge to similar situations. Sometimes, either one can see the underlying principle at a glance, or one notices a problem and feels curiosity or interest, after which, through observation, reflection, learning, or even practice, an epiphany occurs. Navigating interpersonal relationships also requires insight; issues that have remained unsolved for years can often be resolved suddenly. There’s no need to rush; sometimes it’s your persistence that makes a difference, and other times it’s the change on the part of others. But communication is definitely essential in that process. There are also different ways of communicating: some are sudden and explosive, while others are gradual. In any case, it’s necessary to take into account the right timing, circumstances, and factors involved, and to act by seizing the right opportunity. Finally, I don’t deny the original poster’s point: there are indeed things that don’t make sense, whether it’s regarding leadership, oneself, or corporate culture. If nothing else works, one can only leave and find a company that shares one’s values, or start one’s own company that reflects those personal values.
