Gentlemen, when the local level gauge shows a full level while the control room indication shows only 50%, how can we adjust the liquid and gas valves at the local level gauge to calibrate it?

First, check whether the output of the local level gauge matches the actual liquid level, in order to determine where the discrepancy in the display lies. For issues with the on-site level gauge, it can be removed and recalibrated using standard instruments (which is the best and most reliable method). Alternatively, the pressure guiding valve can be closed and the balance method used to check the zero output; a multimeter set to the mA range can be used to measure the current, and if necessary, the zero potentiometer can be adjusted; After operation, check whether the actual water level matches the output current; if not, the range adjustment potentiometer can be used to ensure that the output corresponds to the actual water level at high levels.
What type of local level gauge do you have there – glass tube or magnetic flip board? If it is a magnetic flap, it may be affected by the presence of iron-containing pipes in the vicinity
